I have worked with Quality Design and Remodel multiple times over the years, completing a full remodel of my kitchen, and then two entire bathrooms at the same time. The process, timeline, and my deadlines were all reviewed up front, so I knew exactly what to expect, and what I needed to do. I had full attention from the entire team, from design suggestions to selections, right through to daily updates and final touches. Caroline and Nicole were so detailed and had a few surprises for me, especially to help retain many of the original elements of my complicated older home. Bob, John, and the field team were very careful from the huge demo through cleanup, super friendly and respectful of time and space. Gregg and Julie kept me on track, and made suggestions that were practical, considerate of budget, and high quality. Finally, the design center/showroom in Clifton Park is amazing. There is a detail and sample everywhere you turn, which makes the selection process so much easier. You do not have to make appointments at multiple stores. The amazing, high end, and diverse collections represent probably any style. And, Caroline will source any item (such as my vintage wall tile soap dish). I never had to wait for a reply or follow up on anything. My husband and I are so thrilled with our experience working with the Quality Design & Remodel team. We met with Gregg, Caroline and John to plan how we could finish our basement and incorporate a soundproof room for my husband to play music. Caroline helped us imagine the new spaces as she guided us through our design choices. She is such a delightful, patient and fun person. Once the project began, John was there to make sure the crew was comfortable and ready to start. John is incredibly hardworking and so respectful. My wife and are were thrilled with the work done on our house by Quality Design and Remodel. Their work is very high quality and was completed both on time and on budget. In fact, we liked their work so much that we ended up hiring them again for a second renovation project in our home. They made us feel like we were partners rather than just clients and always listened to any concern we had to make sure our expectations were met and we were fully satisfied. Bob was great as our project manager, coordinating all trades and subcontractors so that the work was seamless and stayed on schedule. He always made himself available to discuss any questions we had during construction. We hired Quality PM for our major bathroom renovation and we couldn’t have been happier. Every step of the process was made easier because of the great communication and knowledge of what goes into doing a renovation. Gregg has a great eye for detail and helped us find the perfect layout and what would work best for our space. The contractors showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up when they were finished for the day. Major renovations can be overwhelming, but with the right contractor a lot of the stress can be eliminated. I highly recommend Gregg and his team, you won’t be disappointed!

Quality PM exceeded our expectations in renovating our kitchen. The project consisted of knocking out an existing wall and extended the kitchen into our family room, sheetrocking, installation of new floors, cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Their attention to detail and ability to tie in rooms that did not previously go together to create a cohesive floor plan aesthetically and otherwise is not something you are able to find in any contractor and the reason we are so glad we went with them. During the planning stages, they offered up ideas that we would not have thought of on our own which we really appreciated as well. Overall, we could not have asked for a better job and would definitely use them for future projects and recommend to others.

This was our first experience building a new home from scratch, and Gregg and Quality PM were such a pleasure to work with. From design conception all the way through to our finished home, Gregg and his team have made this process run very smoothly. We lived 5 hours away during the construction, so a lot of things had to be handled from afar, but Gregg always went above and beyond to keep us informed on progress with pictures and phone calls. He was very responsive to our questions and ideas. His dedication and attention to detail is evident in every aspect of our new home. Right from the beginning their knowledge and expertise helped put our minds at ease. When we showed the initial plans Greg recommended other options, options that we are so glad we did. Using Transcend windows on our Bedroom wall. This was perfect for our dressers. It really made setting up the room much better. Raising our fireplace 20 inches so we can see it while in bed. Would have never considered that and we are so glad we did.
Their knowledge was incredible and so was their recommendations for Pluming , Heating , and Electrical contractors. Local people that we run into all the time. Just overall a great experience for such a huge undertaking. I highly recommend Quality PM for any of your construction needs.

Gregg and his crew have done several projects for us for over a decade. The first project was a re-model of a summer camp on Lake George. Everything was completed on time and under budget. Next we hired Quality PM to tear down a 3-season 2 bedroom cottage and replace it with a year-round four bedroom, 2 1/2 bath two-story home. The project began in October and was completed in its entirety by May 15 (including having the CO in hand). The next project involved enlarging a 3-season residence by more than 50%. Quality PM’s skill in retaining the charm of the original structure yet upgrading and modernizing the house was spectacular. Again, everything was done on time and on budget. In 2011 we decided to enlarge the first small cottage that Gregg re-modeled. He transformed that cottage into a 3-bedroom , 2-bath home by doubling the square footage, adding a living room/dining area and a brand new kitchen. In 2015, Gregg and his crew re-modeled a 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage for us (approximately 900 sq ft) and transformed it into a 3-bedroom, 1-bath year-round home complete with knotty pine ceilings, laminate floors and a brand new kitchen complete with appliances. That project was also on time and within budget. Finally, Quality PM constructed a detached two-car garage to the previously mentioned property. Needless to say, we highly recommend Quality PM and have done so to several of our friends and acquaintances who echo our praises of the quality of work done by Quality PM. We have no qualms recommending Quality PM as we hold Gregg and his employees in the highest regard.
