Their work is very high quality and was completed both on time and on budget. In fact, we liked their work so much that we ended up hiring them again for a second renovation project in our home. Bob was great as our project manager, coordinating all trades and subcontractors so that the work was seamless and stayed on schedule. Expensive, but worth it in value delivered. Quality Design and Remodel remodeled our kitchen from the bare wall studs in. They were very helpful with design services, including computerized design and visualization tools. They didn't impose their own preconceptions, but were guided by our choices, and worked within our budget. They offered an excellent range of high quality choices in cabinetry, countertops, sink, tile, lighting and flooring. During construction, they were ideal to work with. They worked steadily straight through the job, with no significant interruptions. They showed up on time daily, and were unfailingly courteous and cooperative. They coordinated the work of the electricians, plumbers, wallboard installers, painters, flooring installers and tile installers smoothly and effectively. They accommodated a couple of changes during construction without delay or complaint. They coordinated smoothly with the delivery and installation of appliances. They finished the job on budget and a week ahead of schedule, without any significant problems at any point in the project. We have no complaints of any kind. We are delighted with the result -- we got exactly what we wanted and envisioned with their help. They were a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them to anyone.

We hired Quality PM for our major bathroom renovation and we couldn’t have been happier. Every step of the process was made easier because of the great communication and knowledge of what goes into doing a renovation. Gregg has a great eye for detail and helped us find the perfect layout and what would work best for our space. The contractors showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up when they were finished for the day. Major renovations can be overwhelming, but with the right contractor a lot of the stress can be eliminated. I highly recommend Gregg and his team, you won’t be disappointed!

Quality PM exceeded our expectations in renovating our kitchen. The project consisted of knocking out an existing wall and extended the kitchen into our family room, sheetrocking, installation of new floors, cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Their attention to detail and ability to tie in rooms that did not previously go together to create a cohesive floor plan aesthetically and otherwise is not something you are able to find in any contractor and the reason we are so glad we went with them. During the planning stages, they offered up ideas that we would not have thought of on our own which we really appreciated as well. Overall, we could not have asked for a better job and would definitely use them for future projects and recommend to others.

This was our first experience building a new home from scratch, and Gregg and Quality PM were such a pleasure to work with. From design conception all the way through to our finished home, Gregg and his team have made this process run very smoothly. We lived 5 hours away during the construction, so a lot of things had to be handled from afar, but Gregg always went above and beyond to keep us informed on progress with pictures and phone calls. Right from the beginning their knowledge and expertise helped put our minds at ease. When we showed the initial plans Greg recommended other options, options that we are so glad we did. Using Transcend windows on our Bedroom wall. This was perfect for our dressers. It really made setting up the room much better. Raising our fireplace 20 inches so we can see it while in bed. Would have never considered that and we are so glad we did.
Their knowledge was incredible and so was their recommendations for Pluming , Heating , and Electrical contractors. Local people that we run into all the time. Just overall a great experience for such a huge undertaking. I highly recommend Quality PM for any of your construction needs.

Gregg and his crew have done several projects for us for over a decade. The first project was a re-model of a summer camp on Lake George. Everything was completed on time and under budget. Next we hired Quality PM to tear down a 3-season 2 bedroom cottage and replace it with a year-round four bedroom, 2 1/2 bath two-story home. The project began in October and was completed in its entirety by May 15 (including having the CO in hand). The next project involved enlarging a 3-season residence by more than 50%. Quality PM’s skill in retaining the charm of the original structure yet upgrading and modernizing the house was spectacular. Again, everything was done on time and on budget. In 2011 we decided to enlarge the first small cottage that Gregg re-modeled. He transformed that cottage into a 3-bedroom , 2-bath home by doubling the square footage, adding a living room/dining area and a brand new kitchen. In 2015, Gregg and his crew re-modeled a 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage for us (approximately 900 sq ft) and transformed it into a 3-bedroom, 1-bath year-round home complete with knotty pine ceilings, laminate floors and a brand new kitchen complete with appliances. That project was also on time and within budget. Finally, Quality PM constructed a detached two-car garage to the previously mentioned property. Needless to say, we highly recommend Quality PM and have done so to several of our friends and acquaintances who echo our praises of the quality of work done by Quality PM. We have no qualms recommending Quality PM as we hold Gregg and his employees in the highest regard.
