The evening celebrated innovation, craftsmanship, and the dedication that drives our industry forward. Being part of this event is always a rewarding experience for our team. And we were thrilled to announce that this year, we received five awards!
Best Primary Bathroom Design and Remodel (Two Awards)
Judging Criteria: Best creative approach, aesthetic appeal, and functional value of a primary bathroom remodel and the design of a bathroom.
Project Description: The homeowners of this bathroom remodel have poured their hearts into it. For many years, they wanted a modern redesign to replace the outdated, oversized bathroom. With this new design, they aimed to reimagine the nearly 200-square-foot bathroom with a bold black-and-white theme and create a larger walk-in closet, offering a more practical use of the space.
Best Kitchen Remodel
Judging Criteria: Recognizes a project that showcases exceptional design, functionality, craftsmanship, and innovation while meeting client needs.
Project Description: This kitchen remodel was a true collaboration between our design team and the homeowner, demonstrating how a shared vision can transform a space. From the outset, the homeowner played a crucial role, ensuring that their dream kitchen became a reality.
Best Promotional Materials
Judging Criteria: Best creative use of information, strategies related to target market, cohesiveness, goals and results for any promotional materials such as a postcard, print advertisement, brochure, billboard, etc.
Project Description: Providing clients with all of their manuals, care guides, and product information at the completion of a remodeling project is a critical part of delivering a high-quality service. These documents are essential for the long-term care, maintenance, and operation of new appliances, fixtures, and materials used in the remodel. However, ensuring that the client reads them, let alone keeps them on hand, is a challenge. That’s why it was important for us to find a way to make the handing over of these documents exciting.
Builder of the Year: Gregg Biché
Judging Criteria: This accolade recognizes an individual who exemplifies leadership, active member involvement, and significant participation in CRBRA activities, events, and the industry as a whole.
