Spa-Like Primary & Refreshing Guest Bathroom Remodels

The homeowner of this bathroom remodel was referred to us by one of their family members, who knew us from the property management side of our business. They knew we did good work and were the perfect fit for their relative, who wanted to refresh their primary bathroom. The existing space was failing, with chipping grout, outdated fixtures, and just not what our client wanted. So we worked with them to prioritize comfort, style, and easy maintenance.

Inspired by Color, Contrast, & Calm

Soft grey-lavender tones became the foundation of the design, setting a calming mood and guiding material selections. While the layout remained familiar, the space was refreshed with new cabinetry with rollout trays that improved everyday storage. Durable, easy-to-clean finishes were prioritized throughout, including quartz countertops, LVT flooring, and brushed-nickel fixtures. People with a keen eye will notice the granite-look quartz that has purple undertones, which pairs nicely with the wall color.

A Walk-In Shower Built for Ease

The bathroom used to house a tub that didn’t get much use. So the homeowner wanted it replaced with a new doorless walk-in shower, which became the centerpiece of the remodel. To prevent water from escaping this doorless shower, the shower pan is extra-long, and the fixtures were carefully positioned on either side of the 8-foot-wide space. A quartz bench provides a comfortable place to sit near the handshower, while the Amberly Orchid decorative tile wall adds texture and reinforces the color theme.

A Personalized Bathroom With a Cohesive Theme

Updated vanity lighting and sleek mirrors replaced their outdated predecessors, creating a more modern look. The 18×24 Karndean Korlock Black Sands LVT flooring grounds the space while remaining low-maintenance. Together, the lavender hues, contrasting textures, and modern finishes transformed this once-worn bathroom into a calming, personalized retreat designed for ease, comfort, and longevity.
