We want to welcome Kyle, our new Lead Carpenter at Quality Design & Remodel! Kyle has a keen eye for detail and brings a wealth of experience in creating stunning and functional spaces. We think he is a perfect fit for our team, and we’re thrilled to have him on board!

What made you choose Quality?

“I’d been freelancing for a long time, and as I got older, I was looking for an opportunity to do more of the higher-end projects that I was interested in doing. And… I mean, it seems like Quality is one of those unicorn companies that take good care of their employees. Everyone is really friendly here, and outgoing. There’s a lot of room to be human, which is nice.“

What do you do as a Quality Carpenter?

“I haven’t been here that long, but I guess I’ve been kind of an all-around guy so far. There isn’t much of the remodeling process that I haven’t been a part of. I love doing the trim work, color matching, and any of the design work. I guess I’m an asset that can do whatever needs to be done and at the quality this team expects.“

Any advice that’s helped you be successful?

“My grandmother always used to say, “You only have the fun that you make yourself.” So, I try to take that and use it with most of what I do. “

Anything you’d like to say to the world?

“Not everyone’s got “it.” So, when you find other like-minded people, it’s always good to keep them close. But, if you find you’re the “smartest” person in the room, you’re probably in the wrong room. So, find another room, hahaha.“
