Compensation:
$50,000 – $55,000 salary, based on experience. Benefits include health/dental insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan with employer contribution. Flexible work hours.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Answer phone calls and direct all calls to the appropriate team member.
- Manage and stock the Design Center’s reception area, hospitality area, and office supplies.
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide support to the Leadership Team as needed.
- Effectively learn and use the latest technologies.
Trained Responsibilities:
We will provide on-the-job training for the following responsibilities.
- Assist the Design Team with managing the Design Center’s materials and displays.
- Manage lead intake calls and schedule initial phone consultations.
- Manage and schedule warranty items for all remodeling and new construction projects.
- Complete all updates to our project management software programs.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of direct customer service experience in an office or front desk setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – in person, phone, and email.
- Ability to multi-task while demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to take direction well and act efficiently.
- Personable and outgoing with a positive, professional attitude.
- Intermediate computer knowledge.
- Interest in the design and/or remodeling industry, experience a plus.
