A Major Step in Remodeling

Over our 20-year history, we've remodeled our Delmar Design Center three times, with the most recent remodel completed in 2022. Our Delmar Design Center not only showed homeowners who visited it how to come home to quality, it showed us how to get better at what we do.

What Makes This Space Special?

In the early (really early) days, most of our client meetings happened at their homes, which often limited how much could be accomplished in a single visit. Opening our Delmar Design Center changed that. It gave us a dedicated space to welcome homeowners, review their designs and plans in detail, and walk through material selections. We don't have much here since it is a small space. Still, by having this location, we (and our clients) got a taste of the benefits of a streamlined design experience.

Having our first design center in Delmar elevated our role within the Capital Region remodeling industry, marking a pivotal step in our growth and ability to serve clients at a higher level.
