Expensive, but worth it in value delivered.  Quality Design and Remodel remodeled our kitchen from the bare wall studs in.  They were very helpful with design services, including computerized design and visualization tools.  They didn't impose their own preconceptions, but were guided by our choices, and worked within our budget.  They offered an excellent range of high quality choices in cabinetry, countertops, sink, tile, lighting and flooring.  During construction, they were ideal to work with.  They worked steadily straight through the job, with no significant interruptions.  They showed up on time daily, and were unfailingly courteous and cooperative.  They coordinated the work of the electricians, plumbers, wallboard installers, painters, flooring installers and tile installers smoothly and effectively.  They accommodated a couple of changes during construction without delay or complaint.  They coordinated smoothly with the delivery and installation of appliances.  They finished the job on budget and a week ahead of schedule, without any significant problems at any point in the project.  We have no complaints of any kind. We worked with Quality Design & Remodel to add a mudroom, remodel the eat-in area of the kitchen and renovate the basement. We chose QDR because of their reputation of professionalism, doing work the right way, and keeping to a specified schedule. All of our expectations were met and then some. We felt like our project manager John went above and beyond and we were sad to see the team go at the end of the project. Everyone we worked with was very helpful and responsive, especially Caroline. Gregg Biche and the entire team at Quality PM were incredible to work with throughout our home renovation project.  Gregg and our project designer, Nicole Gurney, helped us visualize how this new kitchen would look in our home before the project even started.  Nicole's design ideas were amazing!

Also, our project manager Bob Helligrass, kept us updated daily on the project, and how things were progressing.  If we had any questions, he was available at any time to help us.

Gregg Biche and his team made a kitchen reno seamless from beginning to end.  Nicole ensured our vision was executed and  Bob did not overlook a single detail.  We chose Quality over other local contractors for several reasons, and in the end, we had zero regrets.  They were meticulous, friendly, and client-centered.  We continued to receive support from Gregg and his team even months after the project was complete.  We absolutely love our kitchen and the way it's truly transformed our home. Quality PM undertook a major renovation of our kitchen, living room and hardwood floors, as well as painting all the non-sleeping areas. They were attentive to our needs and wants, brought excellent suggestions to the table, worked with helpful contractors (e.g., for the kitchen cabinets), and showed up on time and followed the agreed-upon schedule. We appreciated the online portal that tracked the work and forecasted next steps and scheduled (and facilitated) payments. The work went smoothly and the finished product is wonderful. We wanted to provide a public shout out to Quality PM for an incredibly beautiful, smoothly executed, and stress-free addition/renovation project completed on our home. Gregg, Nicole, Bob, and the entire Quality PM team were professional, competent, efficient, transparent, and a pleasure to work with throughout the design and construction process.

Building an addition can be a daunting undertaking and having trust and confidence in your contractor makes all the difference. Throughout the project, Quality PM was responsive and reliable. The timeframe provided for construction began and wrapped as scheduled and throughout Quality PM went above and beyond to mitigate the disruption to our daily lives as we remained in the home.

Six months out and we continue to pinch ourselves and feel immensely grateful for the home Quality PM brought to fruition for our family.
