A Modern Bathroom Remodel on Time and Budget
This used to be a bathroom that looked right at home in the early 90’s. Wood-paneled ceiling, wallpaper, and a tub you had to climb stairs to get into were a little too much for these homeowners to handle anymore.
Starting from the top, the old wood-paneled vaulted ceilings were highlighted with fresh paint and enhanced recessed lighting. A new integrated ventilation solution replaced the previous exposed unit for a more seamless look. A custom 10ft vanity anchors the room, offering generous countertop space and added drawer storage for everyday essentials. His-and-hers sinks flank a extra large mirror. Light quartz countertops with subtle gray accents keep the palette bright and refined, paired with polished chrome plumbing fixtures and hardware.
The sleek freestanding tub replaced the old stepped-in tub, making baths a less hazardous option for the homeowners. Carrara-look tile wraps the walk-in shower walls and extends down to the entire floor. As one of the first projects to go through our new Design Center, it benefited greatly in both time and costs. We haven’t officially clocked it yet, but this remodel may have broken our record for the fastest completed project.
