What made you choose Quality?

“For about 12 to 13 years… let’s make it 13, I ran my own carpentry and construction business alongside various other jobs since college. I loved it, but I felt it was time for a change, and through word-of-mouth, I came across Quality. The more I learned about you guys and the culture of the company, the more I liked it. And so I decided to make it official.”

What do you do as a ‘Quality’ carpenter?

“Whatever Bob and John tell me to do at this point. Hahaha. I mean, anything from removing siding and soffits, installing trim, framing windows and doors, and yeah… just a little bit of everything right now. I think that’s the fun part about this job. Every day is a new challenge. You’re constantly using your skills to problem solve and create things, and that’s why I have always loved doing this.“

What’s the best carpentry advice you’ve ever received?

“You got to think ahead. It makes life a lot easier and helps the project actually move forward. Quality does a lot of planning, which I like. Because the worst thing is when self-created roadblocks happen, and you have to do it over again.”

Any fun facts you want people to know about you?

“I’m married… happily, I’ll add that. Hahaha. I’m an avid golfer. I don’t have any kids, but I have a five-year-old chocolate lab substituting for them… for now.”
