That’s why we recently visited WalkThru NY, a cutting-edge facility that is redefining how homeowners and industry professionals approach the design phase of construction.

What is WalkThru NY?

Using advanced projection technology, Walk Thru NY takes your floor plans and displays them at true, life-size scale on the floor and walls, so you can experience the layout, spacing, and flow of your future space in real time. This immersive approach helps eliminate guesswork, improve decision-making, and ensure everyone involved is fully aligned before building starts.

Why This Matters for Our Clients

One of the biggest challenges we face is decision-making. Questions like “Is this walkway wide enough?” or “Will this island feel too large?” can still creep into our clients’ minds, despite everything we already do to help them visualize their space. But that’s exactly why we’re excited about what this brings to our clients. Having them experience the space ahead of time will take our process to the next level! They’ll be able to make their decisions more confidently and, most importantly, move into the remodeling phase with even more clarity and peace of mind.

When Can Clients Expect to Visit WalkThru NY?

We are excited to begin integrating this experience into select projects starting in late Spring 2026. We’ll figure out exactly how we want to give our clients access to this powerful new tool over the next few months and, hopefully, fully integrate it into our design process by the Fall.
