We are excited to welcome Hope Hickman as our new Admin Assistant! Hope will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring the day-to-day operations of Quality are running smoothly. Welcome to the team, Hope!
How did you find Quality?
“I grew up in the Bethlehem area, so I was already quite familiar with it. Actually, I learned a lot about Quality through my mom, who runs her business in one of Quality’s buildings at Main Square. She’s a big fan. When I found out they were offering a position, I jumped at the opportunity because I’ve always been really into home design.“
What about Quality made it stand out from other positions you’ve had?
“I’ve always been really into home design, especially interior design, and I think I got that from my mom—it definitely rubbed off on me. In high school, I even took design classes through a program from F.I.T., though I didn’t end up pursuing a degree in it. Oh, also, during my first interview here, I met several people and immediately felt how welcoming the team was. I thought, “This is definitely something I can see myself being a part of.” Because I could tell how detail-oriented everyone was, which I really appreciate because I tend to have OCD about a lot of things, hahaha.“
What is something you want to accomplish here?
“I really want to be part of the process of turning someone’s house into a home, it’s something I truly appreciate. I know it can be a really stressful experience, but from what I’ve seen so far, Quality makes it feel fun, easygoing, and seamless. Clients don’t have to worry about all the little details; they can simply focus on choosing what they want, and we handle the rest. It’s a process that’s enjoyable and stress-free, and that’s exactly the kind of experience I want to be a part of.”
Do you have any fun things you’d like to share with people?
“I was born in West Virginia, and a lot of my family still lives in the South. My dream is to live on a big piece of land with lots of animals. Right now, I have two cats, a dog, and nine fish, but I’d love to eventually have a farm with plenty of space and even more animals.“
